If you can't attend an evening class, Super Saturdays are for you! This one-day class is available for expectant parents who are unable to attend a series of evening classes.A wealth of information is given at a fast pace. Information covered includes the labor process, signs and symptoms of labor, comfort measures for the mother, breathing and relaxation techniques, and the important role of the coach.
