Super Salsa Bowl at Pollo Tropical February 7, 2010

Watch history in the making as Pollo Tropical creates the World's Largest Bowl of Salsa and breaks the Guinness World Record. All the fun kicks off at Noon on February 7 at the Pollo Tropical located at 19500 NW 27 Avenue in Miami Gardens across from the stadium -- where all the football action will take place later that day. Come out and enjoy free salsa samples, a salsa dancing contest with a $1000 grand prize package, music, games, bounce house and lots of giveaways. It's all free and open to the public.
