Plant-based nutrition and holistic health for kids. In this hands on class your child will be introduced to a wide variety of raw and cooked plant foods! In addition to making delicious snacks, we will have a group discussion and share about healthy habits. The children will enjoy short lectures about how foods digest in the body, the importance of drinking water, getting enough sleep and regular exercise.
Class topics include: Green Smoothies, Nut Butters & Plant Milk, Fun with Soy Foods, Great Grains & Healthy Beans, Delicious Exotic Fruits, Homemade Juice, Sprouting 101.
