Sunrise Community Awareness Day April 23, 2011

The ELKS are a not-for-profit organization that believes there is a great need in each community for giving. That is what we do at the Elks Lodge. We are members of your community that want to make a difference. So, please come out for lots of fun, food and entertainment. Why are we doing this? "ELKS CARE, ELKS SHARE!" Come enjoy the day with family and friends and see what your local ELKS Lodge is all about and how we interact within our community.

Activities include, a live band (QUEST) and a DJ, food and drinks will be available for purchase throughout the day. There will be children's activities (bounce house and face painting) and there will be community services on hand to answer your questions, (City of Sunrise, Broward Medical Center, Sunrise Police & Fire Departments). There will be several demonstrations and ID and fingerprinting will be available. The Elks will be offering tours of their facility as well as several presentations. Come make a day of it and meet your neighbors.
