Sunfest is a major national music festival attracting over 250,000 people to the sunny banks of West Palm Beach. This year promises to be even more special as the new Waterfront area has just opened with additional boat docks & more. Gates open at noon.
Noel Lorica & Treebo will perform at Sunfest for a second time on Sunday, May 2nd 2010 at 12:30 pm -1:30pm at the main stage (Tire Kingdom). A hometown favorite and national jazz artist, Noel Lorica will be opening Sunfest's Jazz Brunch concerts with renowned bass player Marcus Miller completing the afternoon. If you want to see the new players of the jazz world this is the afternoon for you. Mr. Lorica's compositions are soulful & vibrant adding the latin flair of South Florida to the jazz scene of the Asia & back to the great instrumentals of the America along with his own rock background. And with their new singer Z you'll be grooving & moving. It's a funky wayward mix of jazz you've never heard before, or as Ejazz news writes "one of the rare stunning pieces of Latin jazz to hit the scene today"
Special Guest vocalist will be Becky Espulgar singing her signature West Palm Beach Song "Captured"

Sexy Guitar Vehicle
The guitars are outstanding, and the solos actually carry a tune rather than be wasted as dead air.
The mood is excellent and I feel like drinking a Corona in a Carribbean tiki bar right now. Great job on capturing the mood! Five stars!

Groovy Ride
The tune starts out with guitar on nylon strings. Sophisticated groove.
The mood spins a latin tale laid back and in the pocket.
