Sunday Serenades July 19, 2008

Sunday Serenades is a series of fine music performances held on the third Sunday of every month in the City of Joondalup Civic Chambers.

The Series features a variety of outstanding musicians, performing in diverse styles ranging from Bach to Broadway tunes, and from Baroque to Irving Berlin!

In July, we present Waiting in the Wings, with tenor Jay Weston. Having sung with the Australian and Queensland Opera Companies, and with an impressive list of solo appearances to his credit, Jay's repertoire is extensive. For Sunday Serenades, he will perform favourites from opera and musical theatre that will bring the magic of the stage to the heart of Joondalup.
