Sunday Jazz Lounge July 3, 2011

Sunday Jazz Lounge is a weekly happening in Washington DC established by band-mates Joe Herrera (trumpet) and Rodney Richardson (guitar) in association with Twins Jazz club. Sunday Jazz Lounge features two full sets of great jazz from a quartet led by Herrera and Richardson along with bassist Eric Harper and drummer Dave McDonald. Special guest soloists are featured at the beginning of each Sunday evening performance. This event was created in an effort to broaden the DC jazz scene and provide a relaxed atmosphere where jazz fans can hear some of the talented musicians that DC has to offer.
