Sunday Concert with James Intveld and Blue Collar Combo June 20, 2010

Blue Collar Combo winner of the West coast Rockabilly Showdown earned the privilege to open for rockabilly veteran James Intveld! Blue Collar Combo will be taking the stage at Noon on Sunday, June 20th followed by legend James Intveld at 1:30pm til 3:00pm at The Orange County Market Place!

Blue Collar Combo is a high energy rockabilly band with members from the Santa Clarita and Lancaster area. Travis Clayton on lead guitar has had a passion for the rockabilly and rock n' roll lifestyle since he can remember. Brandon Dixon on bass loves every opportunity he has to play, completely immersing himself into the music. Zack Simpson on guitar enjoys the history and meaning rockabilly brings to his life and to the songs he writes. And Ronnie Bartoli, a true born drummer with a natural ear for percussion. Together they consider themselves a working band for the working man!

James Intveld is a multi-instrumentalist singer, songwriter, and sideman, James' name seems to pop up everywhere. He's in high demand for his skills as a player; as adapt at the slap bass, slide, steel, and drums as guitar. He's done everything from playing bass with Dwight Yoakum to lead guitar with the Blasters!

Admission to the concert and the swap meet is free with a canned food donation to benefit the Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County.Regular Admission is $2.00 per person. Children 12 and under are FREE
