Sunday Brunch Cooking Class December 7, 2008

Brunch is a fun and delicious way to bring friends and family together. This class will show you how to plan and prepare a Sunday brunch party with flair and without a lot of fuss. Chef Bernard will provide his recipes and show you how to make amazing omelets, crab cakes, French toast, and fresh berry crepes. You will be able to follow along, taste each menu item being prepared, ask questions, and get the most out of your time spent with the Chef. Once all menu items have been prepared, brunch will be served in the Toutorsky Mansion’s elegant dining room, at tables set with china, linens, and fresh flowers.
