There will be FREE dental and HIV screenings, FREE blood pressure testing, Safe Sex awareness, and Holistic offers such as massage therapy. With DJs MKL, Myrto Joyce, Tommy Bones, Brian Coxx “The Wizard” and as always, Harlem’s own minister of sound, DJ Stormin’ Norman spinning the soulful house sounds he’s renowned for. Face painting, hula hoops, a drawing station, and ball games will also be on hand.
Also, the rained out August 14 Sermon will be added to the August 28 installment and include the previously scheduled Small Business Day. So come out and get to know your neighbors plus local and national business vendors as part of Sundae Sermon’s Annual Small Business Day hosted by Harlem Community Development Corporation President Curtis Archer.
Enjoy the rest of summer in Morningside Park as New York City and international DJ’s spin good music for good people. Bring your picnic baskets, there are no food vendors on site and don’t forget the great Harlem eateries nearby.
