Using the delightful array of summer wildflowers, participants will learn non-technical identification skills that can be used throughout the year. This 7-hour class begins with a short presentation indoors at the Arboretum, and in the afternoon, the class will carpool to a variety of natural areas. Ellison recommends Newcomb's Wildflower Guide as reference. Participants should bring lunch and water, and wear clothing and shoes appropriate for walking at various Parkway elevations.
