Starting Tuesday, July 14th / 10:00-11:30am / Summer Senior Series: Hatha Yoga with Julie
This class is designed to allow ease and comfort in the postures for seniors and other students who desire modifications and a slower pace. This is a traditional hatha yoga class with warm ups, standing and floor postures, a guided deep relaxation, and meditation. You will leave this class feeling great!
