Albert & Gage. Thursday, July 6
Christine Albert and Chris Gage have a nine year track record of making beautiful music together. Over the course of five duet albums, the duo has demonstrated that disparate backgrounds do not preclude musical soulmates from finding one another. Christine cut her teeth in northern New Mexico, and now lives in Austin where she has garnered many awards as a singer/songwriter. Chris has been a journeyman musician since age 15, playing with such greats as Roy Clark and Jimmie Gilmore. Their website, www.albertandgage.com.

The musical variety this year includes old-time bluegrass, Cajun, folk fusion, World Latin and country swing. During the concerts, you can stroll the grounds and enjoy a magic show, a caricature artist, the Garden's model train and model boats on the pond. The Aquarium is also open during the concerts.
Gates open at 6:00 pm and concerts run from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Ticket prices are $8 for adults; and $4.00 for New Mexico BioPark Society members, children ages 3 -12, and seniors. Summer Nights tickets can be purchased in advance or at the gate from any Botanic Garden cashier. No telephone orders will be taken. Summer Nights tickets cannot be purchased at the Zoo.
