About the Presenters
Bev Scott has consulted to organizations, managers and individuals with over 35 years of experience in a full range of organization and management development consulting. Bev is the author of Consulting on the Inside , co-authoring the second edition with Kim Barnes, published in March 2011. She served on the faculty in Organization Psychology at John F. Kennedy University. She has been active in both the local and national OD Network serving as chair of the ODN Board of Trustees. She is the founder and creator of The 3rd Act.
B. Kim Barnes is CEO of Barnes & Conti Associates, Inc., of Berkeley, California. During her 35 years of experience in management, leadership, and organization development, she has worked in internal and external roles in a broad range of industries. Kim frequently speaks at national and international professional conferences and meetings; she consults and teaches globally and has developed popular leadership programs. She has published books and articles on topics such as influence, innovation management, leadership, and most recently co-authored the second edition of Consulting on the Inside with Bev Scott.
