Each year, thousands of people are inspired to join CyberWize by a presentation or a three-way call. For Gold Executive Mark Kithcart, and his wife, Debbie, meeting thousands of CyberWize Independent Business Owners in one room was the key.

"One week after I signed up in 2003, my sponsor, Joe Carpenter, told me I should go to the National Convention. I decided to go, even though it was less than a week away and my plane ticket was going to cost over $1,000. Going to that conference built my belief in the company and in myself," says Mark.

Mark says that one of the more impressive facets of CyberWize is its solid leadership. "Leadership is the key in any business, and Cyberwize is no exception. I would not be where I am without the leadership that this company has put together by creating a business based on integrity and honesty," he says.

"The leaders will come if a business is based on the right principles, and Mark and Jeanine McCool have done that. In addition, the leadership development that Debbie and I received from Holton and Earlene Buggs is what has enabled us to achieve our goals in CyberWize. Through their mentorship and guidance, we are able to achieve success - and spend more time with our children, which is priceless. They have also inspired us to us the kind of positive thinking that will help us succeed in life no matter what we aspire to do or be."
