Suburbia Roller Derby takes on Maine in double-header action for the first battle between the leagues. On Saturday, April 30 at the P.A.L. (127 N. Broadway) in Yonkers, cheer on your Suburban Brawl on the road to Eastern Regionals as they challenge the #11 team in the Eastern Region, the Port Authorities—who deal out blows and serve justice, one jam at a time. The second bout pairs up the tough hometown Backyard Bullies against Maine’s Calamity Janes—the renegade rollergirls who bring the fierceness of the Wild West to the Eastern Seaboard. Doors open at 5pm and the first bout starts at 6pm.
General admission tickets are available for $12 presale, and $15 at the door. VIP trackside seating is $20 and VIP tickets include a derby-themed goodie bag and skate-tress service. Children under 8 are free with an adult. Food and drink are available for sale.
