Study Day: In Search of a New Sincerity? Contemporary Art from China April 21, 2007

Led by art historian Dr. Yupin Chung and artist Thomas Jacobi
This study day consists of a mix of illustrated talks and interactive workshops in the galleries, exploring the context and precedents for the work on show in The Real Thing: Contemporary Art from China. The question that will be tackled throughout the day is whether there is in fact a new sincerity in Chinese Art.
