As part of the ongoing Edge Hill Romantic Research Forum and in collaboration with The Byron Centre at the University of Manchester, we are pleased to announce a new Student Byron Conference for second and third year undergraduates, MA students and first year PhD students. The conference is to be held at Edge Hill University on Wednesday 25th May 2011.
The conference will be opened and closed by keynote speakers who are well-known Byron and Romantic Literature scholars but it is specifically aimed at students who wish to develop and practice their conference skills.
This is an excellent opportunity for those students who might be interested in postgraduate work, to try out and develop their conference skills. They will also have the opportunity to hear keynote speakers who are international experts in this field.
The conference fee is £8.50 plus VAT.
Papers are invited from second and third year Undergraduates, Masters and first year PhD students on Byron - Romantic Icon. All panel papers will be presented by students.
