Structuring Compensation and Benefits Program March 28, 2012

This program will include an in-depth, hands-on workshop type format in which participants will understand how compensation and benefits contribute to achieving overall corporate strategies, how to write accurate, quantifiable job descriptions, conduct salary surveys, construct a salary structure, analyze the costs versus the benefits of Human Resource programs, and how current political and economic issues affect compensation in the workplace.
