The third installment of String Theory hits Vaudeville with some great new sounds to round out last month's sonic assault. An essential night to attend, String Theory comprises the best of Tucson's original, live electronic music scene in the form of monthly showings of local producers. In a word, awesome.
This month brings you:
Posit - with several appearances on AZsessions.com and self-produced recordings under his belt, his drum & bass/trip-hop set should be smooth as silk.
Big Trak - this new project of local Tucson heads will bring you booming techno beats to make you shake your booty.
Metrognome & Dialekt - this dynamic duo of skatterbeat (a genre coined by Metrognome himself on his Asimetrix record label) will summon up all kinds of delightful glitches and atmosphere for an aural experience you won't soon forget.
Vaudeville has a full bar and thus fans aged 21 and over are welcome. String Theory is brought to you by Tucson Underground and Asimetrix Labs.
