•Target specific symptoms for change
•Identify symptoms of stress exhaustion in all areas of life
•Explore alternatives to dealing with stress
•Practice applying coping strategies in stressful situations
•Implement an effective strategy for dealing with a personal stressor
•Subject at least one stress-related problem to a comprehensive planning Approach
