Participants will: • Target specific symptoms for change • Identify symptoms of stress exhaustion in all areas of life • Explore alternatives to dealing with stress • Practice applying coping strategies in stressful situations • Implement an effective strategy for dealing with a personal stressor • Subject at least one stress-related problem to a comprehensive planning approach
