In this workshop we will explore 7 essential out-of-the-box stress hardiness tools that will put you back in charge so you can manage your stress effectively. You will learn how to gain more present moment awareness by aligning your mind and body.

On Friday (12/05) evening, 7:00pm to 9:30pm we will explore the power of conscious

* power-resting

On Saturday (12/06) from 9:30-2pm we will spend an additional 4 hours exploring the elements of

* touch
* relationships
* conscious alignment of yourself with your business actions

This workshop has been conducted numerous times across the country and internationally in large companies like McDonald's, Advocate Healthcare, and IBM, in small businesses, and private settings.
