Strengthen Your Job Hunt October 27, 2009

Job Seekers, join us on Tuesday, October 27th at 7:00 pm at St. Mary Immaculate Parish, 15629 South Route 59, Plainfield. There is no cost to attend and everyone is welcome. Bring up to 20 copies of your resume and/or handbill.

On Tuesday, October 27th, we will feature “Job Hunting Q & A”. Our panel of coaches will discuss member questions from the hiring manager’s point of view.

At our meeting on Tuesday, November 10th, Anita Quinlan from the Plainfield Public Library, will detail the free services available to Job Seeders at your library.

If you are new to networking and/or the job search, we start each night with a special 6:30pm session on how to use a networking meeting effectively. We’ll overview networking tools like the Handbill and the Elevator Speech and how to get the most out of your effort. Coaches are available at any time to meet one-on-one to help you develop those tools and more.
