join ana for a 1.5 hour slow flow vinyasa yoga class en español! we will focus our practice on invigorating asanas, such as “la postura del barco” to bring awareness to the abdominal muscles, in particular, to the lower abdomen, and use that awareness to perform other asanas that require us to have muscle tone in the abdomen. core exercises are an excellent opportunity to challenge ourselves, cultivate patience, and improve our posture. open to all levels.
