About the Presenter
Jeffrey D. Sanders M.Ed., SPHR, is currently a Human Resource Business Consultant with over 20 years experience and founder of J.D. Sanders Consulting. He is a HR Leader with extensive expertise in strategic management, workforce planning and integration both in large and small high tech companies including five years with Silicon Graphics Inc and also Lam Research Inc. He is known for the successful ability to align human resources with organization business objectives and leadership development. Jeff has a Master of Education, Human Services & Human Resource Education from Boston University. He was recognized with the 2004 NCHRA Volunteer of the Year Award, is a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR), Senior HR Generalist Certificate holder, SHRM Member, NCHRA Member, Former SCVC-NCHRA Chapter Chair, eight years experience as an SPHR/PHR Certification Instructor (30+Sessions).
