STOP MAKING SENSE : Talking Heads Concert Film February 16, 2010

Considered to be one of the greatest concert films ever made, Jonathan Demme's Stop Making Sense showcases the band The Talking Heads, with the spotlight on frontman David Byrne. Demme documented three nights of shows at Hollywood’s Pantages Theatre, which unfolds in a brilliant combination of music, theater, costumes and lighting. This screening is part of the Coolidge Corner Theatre's 2010 Coolidge Award celebrations honoring internationally acclaimed director Jonathan Demme.
