DISCOVER the art and symbols of the Santa Rosa Rural Cemetery.

Many headstones and markers, from simple to ornate, often carry a message, not just in words but in symbols, as well - crosses, an open book, figures, or the sign of a person's trade or military background.

On our popular Stones and Images Walking Tours, knowledgeable docents will explain the significance and meanings of the symbols you'll see on the stones and monuments in the Rural Cemetery.

Bring a friend, bring your family. Tours are FREE - they start at 10a.m. at the Franklin Gate and leave every 20 minutes until 11a.m.

Be sure to wear comfy shoes.

And at the end of your tour, stop by our sale table, where you'll find unique items from "The Vault."
