Tonight’s edition of the Still Music residency at APT is bound to be a legendary party. Celebrating the worldwide, March 24 release of "The American Boogie Down"—Jerome Derradji's first disco boogie mix CD for London's best BBE records—are the CD’s mixer and APT resident himself as well as the legendary Danny Krivit. Krivit is a DJ that knows disco first-hand—not just as a connoisseur but also as a participant in its initial rise. Tonight he and Jerome will be stepping back into the past of the American underground to showcase the genre that shaped dance culture for decades on. On top of all that, it’s Mr. Derradji’s birthday, and as any good birthday boy should, he’s the one doling out the gifts. The first fifty people through the door will receive a free copy of the American Boogie Down CD!
