Stevens-Henager College Boise is hosting a “New Year, New You!” Health Fair on Friday, January 14, to promote wellness and disease prevention and to give interested community members an insider’s look into the healthcare profession.

The health fair will feature informational booths, activities and a variety of complimentary health screenings including:
• American Red Cross blood drive
• Cholesterol, glucose, blood pressure and BMI readings
• Wii Fit Games
• Stretching for desk jockeys
• Five components of fitness
• CPR for family and friends
• Smoking cessation information
• “Triage” activity area for kids
• Walk-a-Mile pedometer challenge
• Meet and greet: The Fire Department - Paramedics

Attendees will be able to enter a drawing to win a Wii Fit as a way to encourage their healthy living habits.
