Born and raised in Portland, TX, Steve Trevino started comedy at a young age. Trevino was the star in his second grade talent show -- making people laugh. He did so well that he came back every year after that to tell jokes to the student body.
Trevino moved onto Dallas, TX after graduating from high school and became the door man at the local Improv Comedy Club. He moved up and became house MC after proving his skills on open-mic nights at the club.
Trevino then met comedian Carlos Mencia who then invited Steve to open up for the Three Amigos Comedy Tour; one of the biggest comedy tours at the time. Mencia and Trevino's friendship has kept Steve on the road ever since, opening shows for Carlos across the country. The friendship has even grown into a collaboration on a new project: a pilot for a new show on Comedy Central.
Steve Trevino's uncanny ability to incorporate real-life scenarios and stories into his entertaining physical humor and strong stage presence, creating a live stage dynamic that keeps crowds laughing and asking for more makes it no suprise that Steve has become on of the country's fastest up-and-coming comedians. Steve currently resides in Los Angeles, CA, his new home reflecting even more on his rock 'n roll personality and lifestyle.
