Stephen J. Cannell will discuss and sign his book, 'On the Grind.' Charged with misconduct in a high-profile solicitation of murder case, Scully is forced to resign from th LAPD. In order to make a living, he seeks employment with the corrupt police department in Haven Park. As he gets involved, he learns that things are rarely what they seem.
