This class will focus on shaping your best assets and firming your mid-section. We'll focus on lower body and core exercises using a variety of equipment and body weight movements. Love plyometrics and planks? This is the class for you! You'll thank us the next day when you can't sit up or sit down.
When: Friday, February 12th with two classes to choose from: 5:30AM-6:30AM and 6:30AM-7:30AM
What to bring: A set of hand weights (women = 5-10lbs., men = 8-12lbs.), an exercise mat and water
What to wear: Comfortable workout clothing and running shoes (preferred).
Who: All fitness levels are welcome!
