Steel City Greyhounds' Hounds on the Town April 16, 2011

Come to the Walnut Street Parklet in Shadyside (across from the Apple Store) on Saturday, April 16, 2011 from 12:00-3:00 p.m. for Hounds on the Town! (Rain date: Sunday, April 17) The Shadyside Chamber of Commerce is hosting Steel City Greyhounds’ fun event where you can meet beautiful greyhounds and see what great companions these sweet, gentle, retired racing dogs make.  Maybe one is just right for you! There will be music, treats for dogs and people, and information on greyhound adoption, with adoption counselors on hand to answer your questions. Also, enjoy a hot dog at Joe's Dog House on Walnut Street, and Joe will donate 10% of your purchase to Steel City Greyhounds. Donation coupons are available at www.steelcitygreyhounds.org .
