Mickey Thomas is the owner of the soaring voice that propelled Starship through the decades of the '80s and '90s. With his soulful and compelling vocals, Mickey has established himself as one of Rock Music's most recognizable stars. Survivor's 'Eye of the Tiger' was expressly written for 'Rocky III,' but brought the band broader national attention. The song spent six weeks at number one in the U.S. and won a Grammy, and an Oscar nomination. They also boasted top ten hits with 'High on You' and 'The Search is Over.'
