Settle in past the hexagonal entrance and you'll immediately get comfortable with the earthy aesthetic created by local designers Bells & Whistles. And don't think Starlite's favor of style ends at the back door. An outdoor patio crafted from Brazilian hardwood decking offers up starlit seating, al fresco bar service and a fantastical interpretation of a smoking milieu. This is Starlite, the brainchild of a proven successful ownership team including Casbah and Turf Club owner Tim Mays, filmmaker and regional entrepreneur Matt Hoyt, long-celebrated local troubadour Steve Poltz and the environmentally-conscious Chef Travis Murphy.
