Stanley Alexandrowicz - Solo Recital March 13, 2009

Join classical guitarist Stanley Alexandrowicz for an evening of guitar music spanning four centuries. Acclaimed as an artist of "virtuosic musicality, insightful interpretations, and refined guitarism" Stanley Alexandrowicz has premiered and commissioned over 100 works for the instrument. In addition, he is an expert and scholar in the field of the 19th Century Romantic guitar. Tonight's concert features works from the court of Louis the XIV, 19th Century France and Italy, and Contemporary works by American composers Ernst Bacon, Brian Fennelly, Kendall Kennison, and Eric Sessler.
