Salsa and Latin Jazz at Stanford -- finally! The newly formed Stanford Latin Jazz Ensemble plays classic and contemporary works from both the Latin and North American songbook. The group plays music from the entire spectrum of Afro-Latin music and jazz, including son-montuno, rumba, timba, comparsa, songo, salsa, boleros, jazz and funk. The music is for both dancing and listening and is guaranteed to get you moving.
