Stand Up is Dead 23rd Annual Punk & Alternative Comedy Festival April 27, 2012

The 23rd Annual Stand Up is Dead Punk & Alternative Comedy Festival will be held in Houston, Texas on Saturday April 27th from 9pm-2am at Super Happy Fun Land. The admission is $7.

This year’s festival will include stand up comedians, sketch and improv groups, digital short movies, and interviews. The performers include local, state, and national headlining comedians and some time dedicated to new local talent that has been hand picked by S.U.I.D. for this event.

Ari Shaffir (The Amazing Racist, Tours w/ Joe Rogan, Live Skype interview)
The Deadbeat Club (Sketch, Improv, Video)
D.O.A. (David, Oddo, and Antoine, Improv)

The 23rd Annual Stand Up is Dead Punk & Alternative Comedy Festival is proud to present an alternative to mainstream comedy and to showcase the local, state and national comedians that are helping form this genre of comedy.
