St. Mary Immaculate School 2012-2013 School Year Open Registration February 10, 2012

St. Mary Immaculate Parish School offers a quality faith-centered education for children from Pre-School (age 3 by September 1, 2012) through Grade Eight.

Open registration for all grades begins February 10, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. and continues each school day from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. until openings are filled. Those registering for filled classes will go to a waiting list.

To register:
• The child’s family must be a registered parishioner of St. Mary Immaculate Parish in order to register for our school or to be placed on the waiting list.
• There is a $25 per child registration fee.
• Please bring your child’s birth certificate and baptismal certificate with you when you register in the School’s Main Office, use Entrance A, south of the Commons Doors.

St. Mary Immaculate School is located at 15629 S. Rt. 59 in Plainfield. Families wishing to tour the school during the school day may call the school for an appointment. Please direct all inquiries to Kris at 815-436-3953.
