Talk: Michael Denning, Professor of American Studies at Yale University
Author of: Culture in the Age of Three Worlds and The Cultural Front
Michael has written a couple of books, one on the “Cultural Front” that explores the Relations between culture, popular front tactics and the forging of the New Deal Coalition in the 1930’s. This time around he will focus on one of the cultural icons of the New Left.
