St. Francis Day Blessing of the Animals October 4, 2009

St. Matthew's Episcopal Church will host a St. Francis Day "Blessing of the Animals" at 4:00pm on the back lawn of the church. St. Francis of Assisi was known for his love of animals, so in honor of him and out of joy for all of the blessings that God's creatures bring to our lives, we invite you and your pets to our "Blessing of the Animals".
