The Sri Sri Yoga workshop is aimed at a wellbeing of the body-breath-mind. Postures or asanas (Sanskrit term) are one component of Yoga. The breath is an equally important component, and so is meditation. Come and experience this powerful science both from the theory and the practise perspective. This ancient Science of Yoga has vast knowledge for a harmonious body-breath-mind-soul relationship.
