Square was a musical trio from Lincoln, Nebraska who moved to Southern California in early 2000. Their sound has been described as including elements of rock, pop and jazz fusion. Formed in early 2005, Washington, D.C. - based, Vicious Martinis, possesses the tools of a big rock band. The music draws from a wide range of influences and displays an emo-edge with powerful vocals. The Vicious Martinis have worked with John Avila, Lou Giordano as well as Don Zientara at Inner Ear Studios. This rock/alternative/power pop trio from Washington DC works hard to be descriptive without excess exposition while creating their music.
