Let Chef Amy Murray from Revival and our aspiring Sprouts chefs dazzle you with a seasonal sampling of produce-driven dishes, organic meats, cocktail pairings, local beers, wine tastings, and live music! The whole community, old and young, is invited to attend this culinary soiree with a cause. All proceeds will go directly to the support of the Sprouts Scholarship Fund, the Berkeley Unified School District cooking and gardening program, and the Jamie Oliver Foundation! We will also have a silent auction featuring celeb chef dinners, artisanal packages, and gift certificates from Bay Area restaurants.
The Farm-to-Table menu will feature Full Belly and Happy Boy Farms produce, free-range meat from The Local Butcher Shop and Magnanis Butcher, premium dairy from Straus Creamery, Acme Bakery's artisanal breads, and quality ingredients donated from other local vendors. You will sip on seasonal cocktails prepared by our friends at St. Georges Distillery, enjoy Napa-valley wine pairings, organic beers from Bison Brewery, and savor small-batch coffee by One Ninety Seven! There will be plenty of vegetarian options for all!
