Sprok-ets: Little Cinema for Pre-Schoolers November 9, 2010

Riverside Theatres is excited to announce the introduction of Sprok-ets , a fun series of pre-schoolers entertainment screening for the first time on the big screen at Riverside Theatres. Each one-hour program is an exclusive compilation and includes a selection of high quality animation and live action including The Wiggles and Friends, Dorothy the Dinosaur, City of Friends and The Kingdom of Paramithi.

November screenings commence on Wednesday, November 10 and each month a new one-hour episode will be featured.

Each one hour episode is a compilation put together from popular and leading children’s programs, where on the big screen these loved characters are made larger than life for children. Join The Wiggles and their all their Wiggly friends sing some of their favourite songs. Dorothy the Dinosaur is a friendly dinosaur and is five dinosaur years old. She loves to dance the Romp Bomp A Stomp and her favourite type of dance is ballet.

Baby Antonio's Circus features Baby Antonio and his young friends who perform in his circus. The Kingdom of Paramithi is a fairytale series incorporating music, dance, and comedy and is set in the royal palace of a mythical storybook kingdom. Take a group of wild animals in the African savanna, add wacky behaviour, and you’ve got Gazoon – a 3D animated comedy with a tender and surreal touch. BAFTA Award winning claymation series, Hilltop Hospital follows animal doctors and nurses who help any animal, from a giraffe with a sore neck to hyper hedgehogs.
