The Philadelphia Museum of Art and Maria Liberati's The Basic Art of Italian Cooking(tm) present a special evening and dinner with celebrity chef-Maria Liberati. An authentic 5 course Italian dinner will be prepared from the bestselling book- The Basic Art of Italian Cooking-a menu consisting of Lentil soup with crostini, Tuscan Braciole, Spinach Florentine, Rustic Potatoes, Chocolate Almond Torte will be served with coffee/tea/sparkling water or soda. Wine list is available .Reservations required. Cost of dinner is $62.50 ,wine is extra cost. Maria Liberati will also be avialable to sign copies of the latest bestselling book The Basic Art of Italian Cooking. Portions of the proceeds benefit Gilda's Club. Diners recieve a $5 discount off retial price of book with dinner ticket.
