Youth ages 7-10 will discover the science behind food after we eat it. Take a walk on the wild side - inside your body - with a human metabolism obstacle course and a close encounter with yeast beasties. Leave with a better understanding of how your body takes in and processes food. The camp includes one hour of curiosity-driven free exploration before the museum opens to the public. Kids can now go to camp when school is out on select San Francisco public school holidays and furlough days. For more information, please call (415) 561-0321.
The camp runs from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Extended care is available: 8:30 am – 9 am and 4 pm – 5:30 pm
