IIt’s our favorite time of the year — all kinds of outdoor science along with everyone’s favorite summertime treat — ice cream! The day is filled with exciting things to see and do. Look for ice cream made like a science experiment, amazing geyser tube eruptions and water balloons tossed by a medieval siege machine.
