Celebrate spring by getting outdoors and enjoying the park's first annual Spring Egg-stravaganza. At noon, learn about geo-caching by using a GPS unit on a virtual egg hunt down Snowden Trail. At 2 p.m., learn to identify various birds' eggs and nests. Throughout the day, enjoy live music on the porch of the Mount Bleak house. Take part in egg games, egg races and egg-tossing contests there as well. Bring hard-boiled eggs and learn how folks in the 1860s used natural dyes to make wonderful Easter eggs.
